Currently I am the CMO at Spotler Group where I lead branding and positioning, best practice, centralised marketing services and providing subject matter expertise across the group and our private equity owners as they make further acquisitions.
I am also the founder and Chief Bottle Washer at Rockstar CMO, a web publication, podcast and marketing advisory firm.
Helping B2B companies create ART – Awareness, Revenue & Trust.
I am a technologist turned marketing leader, with a 25 year international career that started in an old school computer room to becoming a growth enabler, trusted advisor and CMO, working for organisations across North America and Europe, from Austin TX to Zurich CH.
I have a passion for software companies, a track record of taking enterprise B2B software products to market, growing marketing teams and agencies and currently I’m using this experience to help a portfolio of software companies find their place in the market, connect with buyers and develop content marketing programs.
Aside from current portfolio of clients, my strategic advisory experience includes Nasdaq, American Express and 3M. I’ve also worked for the ‘mad men’ at McCann (one of the ‘big 5’ agency networks) and as a software industry analyst working with leading marketing technology software vendors, like SDL, Adobe and Oracle. Experience that’s given me an understanding of the needs of all sides of the B2B software market; developers, suppliers, agencies, analysts and clients.
